Obama's Russian Meddling Quandary Prior To Election

Good article trying to explain the election meddling by Russia.  A running theme is - it was a serious breach of our election, but with a HRC win, which was almost certain prior to Russian meddling, there was plenty of time to investigate and correct after the election. Surprisingly, the Russian meddling worked and a buffoon was elected. That throws a monkey wrench in the investigation which is what we are going through now.
